Currently a work in progress, Downtown Superior is a 157-acre project that will add 1,400 residential units, more than 444,000 square feet of commercial and retail space, and 42 acres of outdoor and recreation space to the fast-growing Colorado town. The upcoming town center is on track to be completed by late 2018, although retail and hospitality spaces are expected to be built sooner.

  • Davidson Mesa Open Space

A popular outdoor destination for residents of Louisville, CO and neighboring towns, Davidson Mesa is frequented by bikers, hikers, and trail runners. The park is located off the north border of Superior, just across the Denver-Boulder Turnpike.

  • Omni Interlocken Hotel and Golf Club

Located just outside Superior’s southeast border, the Golf Club at Omni Interlocken Hotel is a championship golf course that boasts three distinct regulation nine-hole courses. One of the top-ranked courses in Colorado, it offers excellent recreational opportunities for Superior residents without requiring a long drive beyond town limits.

  • FlatIron Crossing

While Superior residents wait for the completion of their very own downtown complex, they do their brick-and-mortar shopping at the FlatIron Mall in neighboring Broomfield, CO. The bustling commercial center is home to more than 200 name-brand retailers and restaurants.
