Superior Colorado Real Estate

Measuring just four square miles, the town of Superior, CO lies between Boulder to the northwest and Denver to the southeast. Boulder is a stone’s throw away at 7 miles, while Denver is an easy 17-mile drive.

Even with its modest size, Superior lives up to its name. The town boasts almost 600 acres of parks and open space. A 157-acre development project is poised to become Superior’s new downtown area.

Superior has its roots in a strong coal mining industry that drove the local economy from the late 1800s until 1945. Agriculture would then replace mining as the primary industry in town as the Superior community turned to farming and ranching.

Today, the town’s development projects promise commercial, retail, and real estate investment opportunities.
